Instead of the usual 3 minute verse-chorus formula they consistently branch out and extend songs and song structure. "Randy Described Eternity" is a mellow space jam that speaks about eternity with a great analogy to time and infinity. All really smart stuff. What makes this album so special is just how it masterfully pairs indie, emo, post-rock, and progressive elements into a singular sound. In summary, this album is an over 54 minute indie-rock experience.
